These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders that customers place via our web shop. We would like to point out that in these general terms and conditions the term "customer" is used for all genders. This designation is used to make the text easier to read and refers equally to male and female customers. We are committed to treating all customers equally, regardless of their gender.

Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the web shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet represent acceptance of the contract.

 

The customer is obliged to check the goods for defects within 3 working days of receipt. Otherwise, the order is deemed to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.

 

There is a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. This also applies to the exchange. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Personalized products such as name necklaces are excluded from returns. The costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.

Prices and terms of payment

The onwww.dianour.com published prices at the time of ordering. The prices stated in the web shop include the statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart depending on the recipient country. Payment is made using the payment methods provided.

 

delivery terms

The delivery takes place within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days from the order. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund payments already made.

 

Dianour Jewelry makes every effort to meet delivery times. However, there may still be delays in delivery due to delivery bottlenecks. All information on availability and delivery time is therefore without guarantee and can change at any time.

 

Despite confirmation, it can happen that an ordered item cannot be delivered. Dianour Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the order or individual items and inform the customer immediately. There will be no subsequent delivery of the canceled items. Payments already made will be refunded. Claims from non-delivery or late delivery are excluded.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal. The cancellation policy can be found separately on our website.

In the event of a defect, the customer must contact Dianour Jewelry within 3 days.

 

Liability

We are only liable for damages that are due to gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damage or consequential damage is excluded.

Final Provisions

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
